In order to provide the best possible scheduling option for all guests, 24 hours advance notice is required should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Canceling or rescheduling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee of $30. Same day rescheduling or failing to arrive to a scheduled appointment will incur a fee of $50 for the service. If you are getting hair extensions, please see the extension cancellation policy.

With hair extensions being such a complex and most of the time longer services please be advised of the cancellation policy for hair extensions. This currently applies to new installs.

All cancellations or reschedules must be made with at least 48 hours notice. You may rebook your appointment up to 48 hours before the original appointment time without any fee, cancellation/ rescheduling within the 48 threshold is billable at $200.00 + prior to rebooking.

Jamie strives to offer her guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color please let Jamie know within 4 days after your visit and she will be happy to correct the issue at no additional charge. Some times people may think they want to try something completely new to them and may decide that it was not the right look for them, this would not be applicable for a complimentary adjustment.
